Duration: 6hrs practical on-site workshop plus home study, videos to watch and assessment plus 5 case studies per workshop to complete.

Hand Reflexology Workshop - 6th July

Advanced Reflexology for Stress, Anxiety & Emotional Wellbeing - 4th August
This workshop explores how reflexology can be used as a supportive therapy for clients experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system imbalance. You will learn reflexology techniques to encourage deep relaxation, support nervous system regulation, and promote a calmer mind-body state. Advanced Reflexology for IBS & Digestive Support - 1st September
This focused workshop explores advanced reflexology approaches for clients experiencing IBS, digestive discomfort, bloating, sluggish digestion, and general digestive imbalance. You will learn targeted reflex points, supportive sequences, and treatment planning strategies designed to encourage relaxation, support digestive function, and work holistically with the gut–brain connection. The session also explores the relationship between digestion, stress, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing, helping you create more considered and client-centred treatments.
Advanced Reflexology for Hormonal Balance & Menopause - 13th October
This in-depth workshop explores reflexology approaches for supporting women through hormonal change, with a particular focus on perimenopause and menopause. You will study the endocrine system, reproductive reflexes, adrenal involvement, and the wider impact of stress on hormonal wellbeing. Practical techniques will focus on supporting relaxation, emotional balance, sleep quality, fatigue, hot flushes, mood changes, and general wellbeing during hormonal transition.
Advanced Reflexology Reproductive Support - 10th November
Designed for reflexologists who want to support clients on their fertility journey, this workshop explores reflexology approaches for reproductive wellbeing, hormonal balance, stress reduction, and emotional support. You will study key reproductive and endocrine reflexes for both men and women, treatment planning considerations, and how to work safely and ethically with clients trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted conception pathways.

This workshop focuses on using reflexology to support clients experiencing insomnia, poor sleep quality, stress-related sleep disruption, and nervous system imbalance.
