My name is Fiona and I have over 20 years experience in spa and wellness, from working as a therapist through to managing 5 star spas all around the world, I have also worked as a global spa training manager and skincare educator for several brands.

I now have my own therapy centre and training school offering a range of holistic and Ayurvedic Therapies. I am a member of Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) andour courses are accredited by International Proactioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) as well as Professional beauty.

My name is Dawn, a qualified Bowen Therapist and Reiki Healer, I qualified as a Bowen Therapist with Bowtech and am a member of the Bowen Association UK (BAUK). I qualified as a Reiki Healer in the Usui Reiki Ryoho method in 2011. I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I am fully insured.

I am excited to be part of the nationwide shift towards alternative and complementary therapies and taking care of our own health, mental health and wellbeing.
