Ayurveda Facial Training Course Description
Mukhabhyanga Facial Massage
Mukhabhyanga is a therapeutic facial massage focusing on the face, neck, and head. This technique utilizes firm pressure to lift and support facial muscles, promoting a youthful and vibrant appearance. The practice involves massaging marma points to enhance energy flow, improve blood circulation, and stimulate collagen production, which aids in minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Ayurveda Holistic Facial
This facial treatment harnesses the principles of Ayurveda, beginning with an extensive cleanse using an Ayurvedic cleanser. Following the cleansing, an Ayurvedic facial massage is performed to energize the skin. A gentle exfoliating scrub is then applied, complemented by a nourishing face mask containing neem and sandalwood, which works to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. The session concludes with a moisturizing application, massaged in circular motions over marma points, ensuring refreshed and revitalized skin. This module incorporates the Mukabhyanga technique and introduces Ayurvedic facial massage tools.
Ayurveda Purifying Facial
Engaging in traditional Ayurvedic practices, this facial employs soft bundles filled with medicinal herbs and select Ayurvedic products. By stimulating vital marma points, the treatment alleviates facial tension, tightens and tones the skin, and results in a brightened, nourished complexion. It specifically addresses signs of aging, helping to combat fine lines and wrinkles, while promoting optimal hydration for the skin.
Requirements
The course is suitable for entry-level participants; however, it is recommended to complete anatomy & physiology and advanced skin science alongside this training. This foundational knowledge will enrich your understanding and practice within the realm of Ayurveda facial therapies.
