It covers anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, clinical indications and contraindications, assessment and treatment planning, and a systematic, reproducible MLD sequence for the trunk and limbs. Emphasis is placed on gentle, rhythmical techniques designed to stimulate lymph flow, reduce edema, support immune function, and promote tissue healing.
